7 Signs You Might Be Psychic

So many people come to me saying,“I think I might be psychic… but I’m not sure.” And my response is usually: You are, you're just now becoming aware of it.

Psychic ability doesn’t always show up as lightning bolts or crystal-ball visions. Often, especially when you're just beginning to learn, it whispers. It shows up in your dreams, your gut, your energy—and gets dismissed as “just a feeling.”

1. You Absorb Other People’s Emotions

You walk into a room and instantly feel the vibe. Someone else is anxious—and now you’re anxious. This isn’t just empathy; it’s energetic sensitivity, or clairsentience. You’re literally feeling other people’s emotional frequencies.

If crowded places, intense conversations, or emotionally charged environments overwhelm you, this could be one of your clearest intuitive strengths.

2. You Just Know Things

Ever get a strong sense about something before it happens? Or blurt out exactly what someone’s about to say? That’s claircognizance—clear knowing. It often feels like information “drops in” without logic, proof, or explanation… and it’s usually spot on.
