Meditation & Rachelle's Birthday Potluck

Not to toot my own horn too much here, but it's my birthday and I would love it if you could join my husband and me for a little potluck party at my shop!

I'll be honest, the past few birthdays of mine have been not so great and well, I'm ready for that trend to end!

So...we're throwing a potluck party to celebrate not only my commitment to happier birthdays, but also to celebrate the coming of Spring and the fact that we have a spiritual community that is building here in Kitsap county! First we'll do a short guided meditation then we'll enjoy good food and company at my shop.

I would love it if you can join us but please NO GIFTS! I already have too many things. Just bring a dish, a beverage or something good for others to enjoy and that's good enough for me! Please list food ingredients for food allergies and dietary restrictions. (Since people have been asking, I'm no longer vegan. However, I cannot digest meat, but everything else is good!)
